April came and went so fast I'm not sure where it went. Or actually, I do- it was swallowed up in just so much that I lost track. We had birthdays, concerts, 3 separate (fairly terrible) ilnesses, an emergency surgery, and many other things, including the total solar eclipse that was so magical it can only be seen to believe. 

The hardest part was losing Harry cat, our beloved elder cat on the first day of April. And although we hadn't planned or anticipated getting new cats so quickly, a friend had kittens and it all came together so that these twins- two little orange tabbies- came into our hearts to stay a month later, in early May. 

Hope spring is bringing you joy.
